Looks like the Toshiba Android tablet. Especially given that it has a removable battery.

Given the VAIO’s price tag I wouldn’t want to bend it like that.

Whatever you do Microsoft, your tablets have to be thin, light, with a great build quality. Thick, cumbersome, ugly tablets like that bottom one want gain any traction. The iPad has set the agenda for what a successful tablet should look like in terms of hardware. Anything less is just pissing into the wind.
